ERPNext error after updating from 13 dev to stable

Any idea where to check stuck at “Your system is being updated. Please refresh again after a few moments” after update without any errors. version-12 system on Ubuntu 18.04 and was in perfect condition before running bench update --reset It is also multitenant and other sites are working just as fine. Please advise as I get no errors on logs and console.

And

Stop update after the bench found changes

As we know in bench update command, if there are changes in files the bench will ask us Cannot proceed with an update: You have local changes in … etc, [stop%20update1] now the system is Your system is being updated. Please refresh again after a few moments [stop%20update2] in this situation I would like to stop the update, how can I do it!
