Where to look when stuck at "Your system is being updated. Please refresh again after a few moments" after update without any errors

Any idea where to check stuck at “Your system is being updated. Please refresh again after a few moments” after update without any errors.
version-12 system on Ubuntu 18.04 and was in perfect condition before running bench update --reset
It is also multitenant and other sites are working just as fine.

Please advise as I get no errors on logs and console.

bench set-maintenance-mode off

Follow the bench set-maintenance-mode off command or…

For me, the supervisor has always been a pain so, try to do sudo service supervisor restart

Thanks. I encountered this for the first time and the site-config.json was not showing this.
