Erpnext first login invalid with administrator

After installing erpnext, log in with local IP address192.168.1.6 for the first time. The username administrator/Administrator and the password admin are invalid. I looked up the related issue discussion and used it too
bench --site abc.com set-admin-apssword 123abc command to update it, but it doesn’t work, prompting:
Usage: bench frappe [OPTIONS] COMMAND [ARGS]…
Try ‘bench frappe --help’ for help.
I’m depressed, and I’ve found new problems, but I don’t know why. Can anyone give me a new way to solve it.
