If the purchase invoice has a workflow, the bulk edit option will not appear. We tested this in the latest version 15, and without the workflow, the edit button appears. Also, check if the user has read, write, and create permissions.
OK thank you very much, that explains it. I tried using workflows for purchase invoices in my test instance, which runs on v15, and had an issue with the workflow state (it jumped to Approved with the invoice still being in Draft state), so i tried to fix that via the edit functionality
I’ll have to check what the root cause of this inconsistent state was, and maybe also try it in 14.
