Erpnext free account error in journal entry

Hi All,

I am using ERPNEXT’s (version 5) free account from few days.
Now I am facing a very strange problem while creating Journal Entry.
When I press the save button to create a journal entry then sometimes accounts table of journal entry form becomes blank and sometimes one row from that table deleted and one row remain in that table.

Is anyone has faced this type of problem?
And what is the solution of this problem.

Now it is showing multiple rows of cash account and remove expense account row…
