ERPnext goes unresponsive suddenly on when iwe are connected to wifi network in office, but when we switch and connect to mobile hotspot it works fine.
Can anyoone help us to resolve this?
If ERPNext works on a mobile hotspot but not on your office WiFi, the problem is almost certainly your office network. It’s likely something like a firewall rule, DNS issue, proxy, or traffic filtering blocking or slowing the connection. Since it works fine on hotspot, the ERPNext server itself is probably not the issue. I’d start by checking your firewall settings and DNS configuration on the office network.
