I installed ERP next 15 on ubuntu 22.04 and every step done smoothly and bench started
now wen i try to connect from the host machine it in now working

Hello, the screenshot you provided is normal. Did you try connecting to the site at http://localhost:8000 or http://{sitename.example.com}:8000 (after adding an entry to your /etc/hosts file) ?
Yes I tried to connect using ipaddress:8000 and did not work
since it is not possible to connect locally because i am using ubunt server on host mechine
What does curl http://localhost:8000 (from inside the server) show?
Try bench update or reset.
