Erpnext instation error

Hi,
When I try to install erpnext app. I get this error.

Why get this error…
Please help me if know the solution…

Have you also installed the HRMS app? I think it might be needed

Actually, my server already run sites. Recently, I pull frappe, erpnext, hrms, payments. Now try to create a new site. Then I got this error.

run command

bench setup requirements

it will solve this issue.
