I have seen a number of posts and questions on this topics but unfortunately… even after reading everything I still cannot manage to get ERPNext to send email from my MS365 email address.
First after following all the steps seen here and there I managed to have a config that does not produce any errors.
I have the app in azure, the connected app in ERPNext and the Email account in ERPNext all configured an saved without errors. (took me quite some time already).
Now if i go anywhere in ERPNext and send an email… it is send from adresses like: “erpnext=mycompanydomaincom” erpnext=mycompanydomain.com@mail.frappe.cloud
Even though i specifically flagged the email account as default in ERPNext.
I dont see any error or warning or whatever anywhere in the system.
The funniest part (sort of) is that this domain mail.frappe.cloud appears absolutely nowhere in the ERPNext configuration… so i start wondering if it is actually possible to send email from another domain ?
