i want to start my free account to try the website building in ERPnext. but stuck in “Your ERPNext account is being prepared” page and not open the account!!

We have fixed this issue. You should be able to access your site now from the Frappe Cloud Dashboard.
For Frappe Cloud related issues, please create tickets on the Support Portal.
