Thank you for your feedback and your participation in the community.
The imprest application / retirement forms seem to be very specific to a country / region. We are still solving problems that are most common among users and leave the region specific implementations for partners / developers. I hope you understand. If you are stuck for too long, you should ask a freelancer / partner to have a look at your requirements.
Besides, Robert Becht, one of our customers, would be trying a workaround by adding custom fields to Expense Claim form. You can also ask for his feedback.
Quickbooks connector has been on our mind for a few months. We will start working on them once our backlog of issues has been reduced.
Best, Anand Doshi.

Thanks Anand for efforts you're making on ERPnext, we see your efforts you're putting in and the care you have to your customers.
I still also hope that the issue of imprest application or request s well as imprest retirement or surrender will also be relooked and worked at.
Also you might have time to go through linking QuickBooks account with ERPnext kind of integration the two.
We are currently testing the ERPnext system and how it works in case of any stuck, I will be coming back to you for assistance and also share with people in the forum.

As usual the new UI updates look great the only thing I was wondering was that how do we set filters by default as I am unable to find a way to do that.

This update is giving mixed responses since at many ends its a regressive update since it removes some of the old features which were there. Let me enlist a few of the features which are now gone:
Ability to change the fields which can be shown on the List View (this feature was available earlier).
Ability to change the fields to view in the detail table of the transaction
I would like to inform you that the ability to change the fields should not be taken away since many organisations might have different requirements for the viewing fields for example, we don't want to view the item name in the sales order item table but there is no way we can remove this field.
Similarly we used to have the NET TOTAL field in the list view of the Sales Order but after the smart lists that field is GONE and now we cannot add that field.
The new smart lists are definitely better than the older ones but I believe that removing old features which were added after long demands should not be removed.
PS: I have created github issue in frappe here ISSUE# 763

For implementation, there should be at least one person who should get an understanding of how ERPNext works so that he/she can lead the implementation. Implementing an ERP is difficult because of the change involved in how people work. A project champion would fill the role of understanding your account user's pain points and co-ordinate with us so that we can fix what is possible.
My colleague Umair will be able to help you out with any functional queries you have.
Also, it would be great if you can describe what problems are you facing which is making it difficult to use ERPNext.
If we buy 2 user package, what support and training we will get? Is it online training or your local staff will come in person to train our staff? Because we found your ERP bit cumbersome not very user friendly.

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to give you a heads up that we will be releasing some User Interface changes tomorrow. Here's a glimpse of what it will look like:
Despite our best efforts in testing, there might be some bugs that could be on the loose. Please don't panic. Just report the problem on su...@erpnext.com and we will start fixing them right away.

These features are available in the system, though I am not sure if we have a customer in Chennai. Umair will get back to you about this. He can give you a session of how you can map your process to erpnext and then see if you are comfortable using it.
Can you help us create purchase, sales receipt invoice? Day today expenses like fuel, rent etc. Ours is a healthcare/hospital. Will erp suitable for our business. Any other hospital using you erp in chennai?
