ERPNext v12 HelpDesk Module Queries

Hi Team,
The query is related to only the Help desk module in erpnext.

  1. Is it possible to show only assigned issues to the user ??
  2. Can we restrict the issue assignment to his/her respective team only ( check the screenshot of employee tree)?
  3. When a comment is being added to an issue by the system-user those comments are not visible to the web-user.
  4. What is the Difference between ToDo and Issue List ???

  4. have practically nothing to do with it, so I wouldn’t know why you would want to replace Issue with Todo.

  4. Whenever an issue is being assigned to a user a todo is being created for that user. Now if the user changes the status of the ToDo it does not affect the actual issue so why is a todo being added whenever an issue is being assigned? even if it is added the status of those two is totally different.

Yes, it is by default made visible to all the Users:

Todo list is created based on assignments, it is updated based on the DocType it has been created from, it doesn’t work the other way around, so of you change the status of ToDo, it is not going to affect the Issue form.
