Erpnext Version Upgrade

Hi, I’m using version 14 and now i want to upgrade to v-15 , I tried the command
ERPNext: v14.70.10 (version-14)

bench update  --upgrade   but its not working.

Someone please share the steps

bench switch-to-branch version-15 frappe erpnext --upgrade
