ERPNext with Squid3 Reverse Proxy

Hi,

I try to run ERPNext with a squid3 reverse proxy but it won´t work. Is there any tutorial or configuration guideline to enable the production environment of erpnext to run behind a reverse proxy and remap the urls?

So the local erpnext server has 192.168.1.10:80 and the external ip of the squid proxy has an A Record of tools.mydomain.com. I want to remap the tools.mydomain.com/erpnext to the 192.168.1.10:80

Can anyone point me to the right direction?
