ErpNext with Ubuntu VPS

Hi,

Actually i was purchased a VPS (CentOS 6.4) from godaddy. I am facing lot of issue while installing ErpNext 4.
Can i go for Ubuntu VPS?
Will it work fine with ErpNext 4?

Ubuntu 14.04 should be fine.
