Error creating a support ticket

Can you check if you have a Ticket Priority “Medium”

Hi, no, I don’t have a médium priority.

Just create the 4 HD Ticket Priority - Urgent, High, Medium, Low … I’m new to HD, but seems these may be some default values the app needs

Thanks for the help, but I already tried that and it still didn’t work.

Can you check your SLAs. Or just remove all SLAs for fixing the error?

It could be either of these 2

  1. You don’t have Medium priority in your HD Ticket priority
  2. Or in default SLA Medium priority is not linked, and it is set default in either HD Settings, or HD SLA doctype

Please check these and let me know whether it works for you or not
