Hi @Maria_Afzal,
Were you able to resolve this issue? It’s bogging my head and the only thing stopping us from migrating our payroll here :confused:

yes it is solved, you need to go one by one step through payroll, you need to define the proper salary structure and assigned to the employee with their respective salary components

Thanks for the help! I did setup the structure and defined the base amount etc, however had to put in a formula for base(base=base*1/100) to get rid of the error :smiley:
