Error during creation of new site (Installation of Frappe)

While installing frappe in new site, I got this error:

Check your common_site_config.json … maybe some property is not well defined (missing double quote).

Checked the file.
There is no such error. I even validated it with online tools. No error there.

And hooks.py? (app_name, etc …) I recall some bug related to quoting there …
