We are trying to edit “Next Contact Date” on groups of Leads in the CRM module from List View using the Actions button, Edit option. We get the error “Ends On date cannot be before Next Contact Date.” When updating the Next Contact Date individually on the Lead form, the Ends On date is auto-populated with the following day’s date.
As a test we tried updating the Ends On date using the Actions > Edit option, but got the error “Next Contact Date cannot be in the past”.
It seems editing fields with the Action > Edit option doesn’t work when there is code that auto-updates another field. Is there a workaround for this?
