Error in Custom Field Saving Employee Advance Doctype

It has been happening for more than two weeks now, and it happens only with Employee Advance Doctype, I don’t know what might be the issue… I have refreshed and tried everything.

Please i need assistance.

Hasn’t anybody experienced this same issue. It happens only with Employee Advance Doctype, i can’t customize it,because whenever i try to save it will bring out that error.

Please i’m still waiting for anybody assistance.
