I’m a newbie in ERPNext. I am trying to install ERPNext v15 on a virtual machine. Everything in the installation set up smoothly, but when I ran this script: bench init frappe-bench --frappe-branch version-15, I encountered the error message: “There was a problem while creating frappe-bench.” It also asked: “Do you want to rollback these changes? [y/n].”
What should I do? please see the attached screenshot. Thank you.

Please describe the hosting environment and the instructions that are being followed to install Frappe.
I’m installing the Ubuntu Server OS on VirtualBox. I’m on step 13 of the instructions with blue highlightened.
There is a warning about redis cache , is redis-server installed?
The last error message refers to a cron file not being found. Is cron installed?
The last message leads me to believe that your have not installed the cron package on your VM yet.
