Error in wizard while installing new site

Hello,

i am trying to install new site on my bench but i receive that error in wizard

i am using frappe v10.1.67 (master)

and erpnext v10.1.75 (master)

try to click “Close” and “Retry” 3-4 times. Have new error or old error?

yes i face this error before and i solve it with two ways :
1 - open the DB with any program (Navicat) and set the default address Template in table (tabAddress Template)
2 - copy this table from other created site
