Error "Incorrect number of General Ledger Entries found."

Hi, after doing “bench update” I get this error when trying to submit a Delivery Note:
"Incorrect number of General Ledger Entries found. You might have selected a wrong Account in the transaction.

What does this mean and where to change a correct “Account in the transaction”?

Seems like you have entered warehouse account in the “Expense Account” field. Please check and confirm. Another option might be you have entered "target warehouse " same as from warehouse.
