Error Installing ERPNext 13 on 20.0.4

I tried to install ERPNext 13 on Ubuntu 20.04 and followed the istructions on Deploying ERPNext 13 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa)
I keep getting the error below.
