Error message if go to "Selling" tab due to permission setting

In my company, I don’t want 1 sales user to view another sales user SO and related documents. So, here is the permission I set for Sales user role, and it only show the list of the Sales User own documents.

However, it always pop up this error when Sales User open the page “selling”. How can I fix this?

Could you please check user permission for this user and compared it with the other sales users?
