Error occurring at scheduler event start time

Hello, i check status of scheduler event in site using command
bench --site [site-name] scheduler status
it status disable for start scheduler event pass command
bench --site [site-name] enable-scheduler
pass command Enable scheduler event but again check status why status come disable how to enable sheduler event in site
