Error: Value missing for Account: Rate

ERPNext: v14.2.0 (version-14)
Frappe Framework: v14.8.0 (version-14)
Frappe HR: v0.0.1 (develop)
Payments: v0.0.1 (develop)

For a while now, I do not know why, I have been receiving this message in all sections of the system

Did you create any Rate-related accounts? If yes, then the Rate account configure it somewhere.

Also, open the Google Console (F12) then go to the console and paste the error log.
