Hi @ese-it,
Did you create any Rate-related accounts? If yes, then the Rate account configure it somewhere.
Also, open the Google Console (F12) then go to the console and paste the error log.

Please ensure that the item has an item price and provide the Rate in the Item Price field (field name: price_list_rate).
