Error when submitting Purchase Invoice

While submitting purchase invoice, we receive an error :-
Purchase Invoice PINV-07036: Cost Center Main - Unit does not belong to Company JMV LPS LTD J-12.
But, I have selected Cost center Main - J12 which belongs to the company.

Are you dealing with Project-wise entries?

We are not dealing with project wise entries.
