Error while Bench Update due to Dropbox and urllib

I am not able to bench update the setup. It throws the error of dropbox and urllib which is responsible for interruption of update.

Any update on the issue. As i am stuck on the update screen. I am not able to login to the site as well. It shows the message as the site is under updation.

Please Guys, My Company is facing a lot of issues due to this. I am not able to run the ERPNext as it is stuck.
