Can not rename as column city is already present on DocType.
while creating City field with name city, its show error, i not able to find city named any field in customer doctype

Please go to the custom field doctype and check it, any city-related field is created or not.
If created then update it or remove it.

problem is in past i have city named field but,
at this time i don’t have city field (i deleted 2 days ago) and now i think i deleted from Doctype not from customize form, so field is deleted but it’s not deleted from backend
now problem is solve by creating field from Doctype in Customer
