Error while migrating erpnext from 13 to 14

I created new bench installed ERPNext 14 and then restored data from old instance.
It restores Data successfully. but when I migrate same to the Site it gives following error
frappe.exceptions.DoesNotExistError: DocType Account Type not found.

run a
bench migrate --site <SITENAME>

While migrating it gives above error

Try bench patch then (I think )
