Error while uploading letter head or doctype

i m updating letter head (in production) in print setting but while saving I am seeing below error in console.

Hard to say, maybe share the full code of your letter head.

@rmehta thank you so much for your response it is due to directory permission issue.

@Hardik_Mehta can you please elaborate what was the permission issue? I am facing the same issue in v12.
