How can I fix this issue? I already tried to change permissions in Role Permissions Manager but the error still persist. It was fine before.

Frappe Framework: v12.14.0
The issue will be of rights, some permission is missing, so this issue is coming. So check again what permissions you have given and test.
We no longer provide support for version 13 or older.
