Expense claim description become blank after save document

Hi, we face the same problem after upgrading to latest version. appreciate for any feedback or patches.

Check if you have description set up in the “Expense Type”. Also, check on latest version.

which version ? i am using 11.1.4
also check in expense type there are no option for the description setup

also try with another expense type face same error when save description will be deleted
