Expenses Included In Valuation "default charge"

Hi Team,

I’m a new user of ERPNEXT and I wonder if there is a way to make the default “charge” of the account Expenses Included in Valuation* to be Valuation and Total and not Total only. To better understand, please refer to below screenshot for your reference. The row for “Consider Tax or Charge for” should have a default option of Valuation and Total
