Is there a way to export Support Issues from ERPNext? If I go to Support>Issue and then select Menu>Import, I am taken to the Data Import Tool, but I do not see “Issues” in the list of DocTypes that I can Download a template for. How can I go about doing this?
In our case, we have been testing out the ERPNext, and have been using the ticketing system. When the time comes for us to move completely over to ERPNext and delete the dummy transactions from the system, we would like to be able to keep the support tickets since they are actual tickets related to our customers. Any help would be appreciated.
