I need to Export the HD Tickets with the Description and Import it to a Different Server.
I tried to Export the CSV of HD Tickets from Older Helpdesk and Imported the Data into the New Helpdesk.
It is Showing an Error. Is there any Easy way to Transfer the tickets from the old Helpdesk to New Helpdesk ?
