In import/export section, there is not an option to export the Support Ticket data. Kindly suggest how to export support ticket data from existing system and import into new instance.

You have to export both Support Ticket and Communications
Don’t think you can add filters to export specific communications. Maybe you can export from a report.

But my instance broke because of “bench update” hence unable to import support data. Can you suggest how to resolve it?
