One thing we genuinely love about ERPNext is how it keeps surprising us with features that make us proud to be part of this ecosystem. This one deserves more attention than it gets.
ERPNext CRM has a built-in Lead Syncing feature, and yes, Facebook is a supported source. Leads from your Facebook Lead can automatically land inside your CRM.
It’s been out for a while, but honestly, not enough people are talking about it. This kind of feature is setting the bar for what an open-source ERP should be capable of. Other ERP systems charge a premium for this kind of connectivity, but ERPNext get it built in. That’s something worth celebrating.
