In the Frappe Helpdesk portal, when creating a new ticket, I get a “Field Category not Found” error popup after selecting the Ticket Type. I checked the bench terminal logs, but no errors were found there. How can I stop this error popup?
Please check any custom field that has been added or fetched from the set. We tested it in the latest version and did not find any issues.
Thanks @NCP , Checked and sorted out this . I have enabled two client scripts for the same action. One I disabled and checked now this error Pop up is not occurred.
