I created an workflow for manager approve, in this case while employee submit’s the form, next in manager login they cannot get the form for approval why?
Can any one help me to solve this!
Have the User Manager role granted?
Your Workflow is correct only one thing you do
Change from Employee to Manager in the marked
Make sure user have these role enabled.
@Usama_Naveed i change the employee → to Manager
And role’s are enabled
But now also cannot able to see the employee submitted form !?

- In the scenario: when i remove the user permission, i added hr approver now the project manager can able to see all the form from all the employees(incluse hr form also) but i don’t need project manegr to see hr submitted request,
if it posible like who having the role to approve only can see the form for submited employees?
You want project manager only able to see the submitted records.
the Draft records will not visible to Project manager
Yes, project manager only want to see their team records and not others.
How to do this?
Then you give permissions of all Employee that belongs to his/her team
then Manager will able to see all record that comes from permitted employees
what permission i want to give to belong to her team.

Only one employee allow from User Permission List
Go into User Permission List and allow all employees that belongs to project manager team
