Failed to upgrade the versions in local

Hi I did run upgrade commands for my dev environment :
bench update
bench migrate
bench clear-cache

When i run application getting error :
GET /file_uploader.bundle.YFM54U4A.css.map HTTP/1.1
“GET /website_script.js HTTP/1.1” 503

How to resolve this?

Try bench build

No This dint made any changes. Still same issue
