[Feat] Quickbooks Date Input Hotkeys

Hey all!

I have been developing on Frappe/ERPNext for awhile now and it is definitely time to give back.

My first ever PR#13821 adds the QuickBooks shortcuts to Frappe’s Date and Datetime controls. The T hotkey was already implemented, but I added the others in the QB Date shortcut list:

The accountant I have been working with said this would be a huge help while flipping through reports. This also adds to the already hotkey-rich Frappe environment.

Thoughts? Is this helpful or completely unnecessary?

Will this PR be still added? I found it to be a really handy feature.
