Hello;
vicidial is a call center product that is asterisk based.
It is able to open URL for each incoming call, we are able to set this URL (this is already existed in vicidial).
So for example, if I placed the following URL: http://192.168.43.33/desk#List/Customer/List
Then for each incoming calls, it will automatically opens the Customer screen in list shape. OK?
Now, if I need to open certain customer (based on its phone number for example), what the URL I have to place?
Is there a web service for this request?
Note: assume there is a phone number field existed at the customer document type.
