Hi,
We have created the BOM and defined the Rejected Item code in the BOM (Scrap & Process Loss Section). However, at the time of BOM creation, the exact rejection quantity was not known (Its depend upon actual rejection qty) so we kept 1 qty for rejection.
We have created a Work Order for 100 Nos and completed the Job Card for the full 100 Nos. While creating the Manufacturing Entry, we are entering the actual production bifurcation as follows:

90 Nos – Finished Goods

10 Nos – Rejected Items
We are closing the full 100 qty Work Order and manually updating the FG Qty, Rejection Qty in the Manufacturing Entry. However, the system is automatically calculating the Raw Material consumption based only on the FG quantity entered.
Our requirement is to consume the total Raw Material/Source Material that was issued to production against this completed quantity.
How can we achieve this? (I Know Scrap & Process Loss section is for rejection qty for per Nos FG qty & For By Product)
Is there is any other workaround to achieve this in single Manufacturing entry.
