It includes a field in the HD ticket doctype that has a condition in dependes on eval:doc.status ==‘Closed’. So I inserted this field into the helpdesk portal using the “hd ticket template” but the portal doesn’t replicate the “dependes on” condition. Does anyone know how to do this in the portal?
Does helpdesk manipulate webforms at all? The logic is there.
Sorry I only ever played with helpdesk, but I could probably solve it in 30 minutes. Something to do with client-side scripts or if helpdesk has a custom css attribute.
You need a dev or support agent.
If you are mooching, best thing I’d suggest is pay for a one-off $50 instance and see if frappe support will help you. Then, just close down the instance.
If they do a good job helping you out, who knows? Maybe you will migrate over to their servers when the time comes.
