Field in portal Helpdesk

Hello,

It includes a field in the HD ticket doctype that has a condition in dependes on eval:doc.status ==‘Closed’. So I inserted this field into the helpdesk portal using the “hd ticket template” but the portal doesn’t replicate the “dependes on” condition. Does anyone know how to do this in the portal?
