Field not appearing in list view

I have a docfield assignment_type in doctype Cities. I have checked ‘In list view’ checkbox corresponding to assignment type docfield.

Assignment type docfield in not appearing in the list view. Its a select type of field.

Only four fields are visible in list view. How much you checked for list view.
