Fieldname not showing in mouse hover in v.15

In v.14, fieldname shows on mouse hover.

But I cannot find this in v15. This this a veryhelpful feature in developer mode. Is this not available in v.15?

@Lone_Wolf press Alt Key and check… If developer mode enable it will show the fieldname
