File Manager Upload files name contains #

Attachments in File manager. If the file name contains ‘#’ then when you load the file there are no error but you can never download the file.
This is a known issue I’m not aware. If it’s a known issue do we have a check to stop files from being uploaded where specials characters are used.


I tried replicating this issue, but couldn’t replicate it. Please check if your ERPNext account is upgraded to the latest version.

Also mention how are you trying to download file you uploaded. I tried right link, and Save Link as. For me, file was downloaded correctly.

I run update yesterday and it seems to be fine. I can also see that you can upload files in file manager as private.
