File not uploading for stock Reconciliation

Dear Team

can you please support how to upload file for stock reconcile, no data is uploaded when i try to upload file, even no error message is generated which show me where i made mistake.

Same for me, first downloaded the file for 1 product, then update de stock value and try to upload it.There was no error message until I try to save it. then I got this error:
